Position: Sales Assistant
Location: Nienburg/Weser, Germany
Your mission:
You are the backbone of our sales team and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background. With your structured way of working and your passion for organization, you help our sales professionals to shine.
Your contribution:
- Supporting the sales team.
- Preparation of presentations and sales-promoting documents.
- Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments.
- Communicating with customers and internal departments – also in English.
- Monitoring deadlines and coordinating processes.
What sets you apart:
- Initial experience in sales support, back office or a comparable job.
- Organizational skills and enjoy a precise way of working.
- Good communication skills in written and spoken German and English.
- Confident handling of MS Office.
- Team spirit, initiative and the motivation to achieve goals together.
