• Assembly: Only assemble the welding table in accordance with the enclosed instructions. Ensure that all components and, if applicable, the table top are firmly and securely bolted to the frame. Incorrect assembly can seriously jeopardize the stability and safety of the table.
• Load: Never exceed the maximum load limit of the welding table specified in the operating instructions. This table is designed for high loads, but overloading can damage the structure and pose a safety risk. Distribute the weight of the workpieces evenly on the table top.
• Heat and spark resistance: The welding table is optimized for handling heat and sparks (e.g. thanks to a specially hardened steel table top). Nevertheless, caution is advised. Protect surrounding areas from flying sparks and heat.
• Earthing: Ensure that the welding table is properly earthed to prevent electric shocks if it is used as part of a welding circuit. Observe the relevant electrical safety regulations.
• Stability & stability: Always place the welding table on a firm, level and stable surface. An uneven surface can impair stability and lead to wobbling or tipping, especially when working on large or heavy workpieces.
• Working environment:
  • Ensure adequate ventilation in the work area to dissipate smoke and vapors.
  • Keep flammable materials away from the work surface.
  • Always wear the prescribed personal protective equipment (e.g. welding helmet, gloves, flame-retardant clothing).
• Risk of crushing and cutting: Be careful when handling heavy workpieces on the table and when using tools to avoid crushing or cutting injuries.
• Maintenance: Regularly check that all screws and connections are tight and tighten them if necessary. Look out for damage to the tabletop caused by welding (e.g. deep notches, deformations) and rectify this if necessary. Do not use the table if it has visible damage that could impair safety.
• Children: Small children should not have access to the work area and should not play or climb on the welding table unsupervised.
