The warranty provider is Actiforce Europe GmbH. The warranty applies to “Actiforce” brand products sold within the EU after February 1, 2026.Registration: Required within six (6) months of the date of purchase, upon presentation of the original receipt and the product-specific information.
Actiforce provides an 8-year warranty starting from the date of receipt of the merchandise. The warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship. In the event of a warranty claim, Actiforce will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product (with an identical or equivalent product).Refunds of the purchase price and claims for damages are excluded.
The following are excluded from the warranty:
  • Damage caused by improper use (impact, shock, dropping).
  • Failure to follow the operating or installation instructions.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized persons.
  • Use of non-genuine parts.
  • Wear Parts and Force Majeure.
Your statutory rights regarding defects (warranty) against the seller remain unaffected by this warranty and continue to apply without restriction. Exercising these rights is free of charge.
