At Actiforce, we attach great importance to honest feedback from our customers. Their experiences help others with their purchasing decisions and help us to constantly improve our products. Sources of our ratings:

On Actiforce.com you will find reviews from two main sources:

1. Reviews directly on our website: Here you have two options for sharing your opinion of a product:
   • Uncertified review (as a guest): Even if you have not purchased the product directly from our store, you can give us your opinion as a guest. These reviews are marked accordingly.
   • Certified rating (after purchase): If you have purchased a product from Actiforce.com, you have the option to rate it after purchase. These reviews will be marked as“Verified Purchase” or similar to show you that the reviewer has actually purchased the product.
2. Imported reviews from Amazon: To give you a broader perspective on our products, we also import customer reviews from Amazon. These reviews are always marked“Source: Amazon”. Please note that we cannot influence the content of these imported reviews.

How we handle your data (GDPR):

If you submit a review on our website, the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, if provided) will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy. We use this data exclusively to display your rating and for internal quality assurance. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your separate consent.
