Freight Shipping (Bulk Orders and Desks)

For larger items (such as desks) or orders exceeding a total weight of 300 kg, delivery may be made by freight forwarder.

Whether we ship to your country by freight forwarder and what costs are involved will be displayed directly in the shopping cart after entering your delivery address.

Especially for international deliveries of bulk orders, it may happen that the freight price is not yet available due to widely varying regional costs. In this case, please contact us briefly by telephone or via our contact page. We will immediately determine the exact freight price and delivery date for you.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods takes place:

  • Domestic (Germany): Within 3 – 5 working days.
  • International Deliveries: Within 5 – 7 working days after contract conclusion (or after your payment instruction for advance payments).

Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a single shipment, unless we have made separate agreements with you. The delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Legal Notes on Packaging

Notes on the Take-Back Obligation for Packaging Materials

According to the current Packaging Act (§ 15 para. 1 sentence 1 VerpackG), we are obliged to take back the following packaging materials from end consumers free of charge:

  • Transport packaging, such as pallets, bulk packaging, etc.,
  • Sales and secondary packaging which do not typically accumulate as waste with private end consumers after use,
  • Sales and secondary packaging for which system participation is not possible due to system incompatibility according to § 7 para. 5, and
  • Sales packaging containing pollutants or
  • Reusable packaging.

Appropriate packaging material is used upon delivery of the product, and we take this back free of charge. We thus ensure the return of the packaging material to the recycling cycle. The clarification of return options is intended to achieve better results in the return of packaging and contribute to meeting the European recycling targets according to EU Directive 94/62/EC.

As an end consumer, you can hand in the packaging material at the location of the actual handover or in its immediate vicinity.
