1. Returns and Withdrawal (The Easy Actiforce Return)

As a consumer, you have the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. With our digital returns function, we make it especially easy for you to exercise this right:

  1. Log In: Log in to your customer account: Go to Customer Account
  2. Select Order: Under "Orders," click on the desired order.
  3. Request Return: Select the items you wish to return and click on "Request Return" (function powered by Germanized).
  4. Review & Shipping Label: We will review your request. After confirmation, you will receive the free DHL shipping label via email from us.
  5. Return Shipment: Securely pack the items and send them back to us. We cover the cost of the return shipment.
