What is the dynamic load capacity of the tables?

“This depends on the model. Basically, all our desks are between 60-120 KG. These load capacity limits have been determined through extensive tests and inspections to ensure that our desks are highly stable and durable.

The dynamic load capacity is based on the assumption that the weight on the desk moves or shifts, e.g. when working, moving the desk or through other movements. The specified weight limit is therefore the maximum load that the desk can withstand during such movements without suffering damage or becoming unstable.

It is important to note that the correct assembly and use of the desk play a decisive role in its load-bearing capacity. The desk should be placed on a flat surface and assembled correctly to ensure optimum stability. In addition, heavy objects should be evenly distributed to avoid one-sided loading.

We also recommend that you do not exceed the specified weight limit, as this can affect the structure and stability of the desk. Excessive loading can lead to damage and therefore shorten the service life of the desk.

Is it possible to book an Assembly service for my order?

For many of our products, we offer you the option of adding a professional assembly service. This saves you time and effort and you can be sure that your order will be assembled and installed professionally. In which versions are the height-adjustable tables available?

Our height-adjustable table frames are available in different versions to meet the individual needs and preferences of our customers. We offer both single and double-column frames that allow flexible adjustment of the table height either via electrically or hand crank. Our frames are also width-adjustable or shaped for accommodating different angels like 90 degree or 120 degree shaped tabletops.
The majority of our frames are electrically height-adjustable and enable effortless adjustment of the table height at the touch of a button. The height adjustment offers the option of individually adjusting the table height and adapting it to personal sitting or standing requirements.

What is the standby power consumption?

The standby power consumption of our products varies depending on the model. However, the standby power consumption is usually in the range of <0.3 watts.

Can I disconnect the frame from the power supply?

If the frame is disconnected from the power supply, this can lead to temporary problems and limited use. If the power supply is disconnected, the frame may have to perform a reset when the power supply is reconnected. To do this, the frame simply needs to be completely shut down once (only for Steelforce frames). A detailed description can be found here

However, there are certain situations in which it may be advisable to disconnect the frame from the power supply. For example, if the frame is not to be used for a longer period of time or during cleaning or maintenance.

If you are not sure whether you should disconnect the frame from the power or not, we recommend that you contact customer service or technical support for professional advice. They can give you the best recommendations for your specific frame and help you make sure it is working properly.

Can I buy the frame with a table top?

Yes, you have the option of buying the table frame with or without a table top. For many of our models, we offer the option of purchasing the table frame separately or as a set with a matching table top. This gives you the flexibility to decide whether you already have your own table top or would like to choose one of our high-quality table tops. If you buy the table frame without a table top, please make sure that the dimensions of the table top match the dimensions of the table frame to ensure a perfect fit. What is the adjustment range of the frames?

Our frames have a flexible adjustment range that allows you to customise the height. However, the exact adjustment range depends on the respective frame model. As a rule, the height adjustments are between a minimum height of 64 cm and a maximum height of 130 cm including table top (sizes vary between models). This range is ideal for ensuring that the frame is suitable for people of different heights and enables an ergonomic working position.

Is there a child safety lock?

Yes, a lock function is possible with our Eco-Memory handswitch.

The child safety lock ensures that only authorised persons can operate the appliance. The lock function restricts access to certain functions of the appliance, for example to prevent children from accidentally changing important settings or operating the frame unintentionally. The child safety lock is an additional safety measure to minimise the risk of accidents or damage to property. You can easily activate the child safety lock using the Eco-Memory handswitch to ensure safe use of the appliance. Can I retrofit a memory handswitch?

Yes, it is possible to retrofit a memory handswitch, in most cases. A memory handswitch is a practical control element that allows you to recall different settings and positions quickly and easily without having to make manual adjustments each time.

To retrofit a memory handswitch, however, there are a few steps to follow. Firstly, you should check that your existing device is compatible with a memory handswitch. This can usually be done by checking the product manual or by contacting our customer service team.

Are the items adequately packaged?

Yes, we take great care to pack our items carefully and securely to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. We use high-quality packaging material that has been specially developed for shipping products. It protects the items from impact, moisture and other possible damage during transport. Our packaging techniques have been perfected over the years to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and complete. What do I do if parts of my order are missing?

If parts of your order are missing, we sincerely apologise for this and would like to help you solve the problem as quickly as possible. Please follow the steps below to proceed:

Check your order confirmation: make sure the missing items are listed in your order confirmation. Sometimes orders are shipped in multiple deliveries, so some items may arrive separately.

Check the packaging material: Look thoroughly through the packaging material of the delivered items. Sometimes parts of the order can be accidentally hidden or overlooked.

Contact our customer service: If, after following the above steps, you still find that parts of your order are missing, please contact our customer service immediately. You can contact us by email or phone. Our team will endeavour to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

What should I do if parts of my order have been damaged during transport?

If parts of your order have been damaged in transit, we sincerely apologise for this and would like to help you resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please follow the steps below:

Immediate inspection: please check the delivered parcels and contents for visible damage immediately upon receipt. It is important to do this within 24 hours of delivery to allow for proper handling of the claim.

Document the damage: Take photos of the damaged parts and packaging before opening or disposing of them. These photos are important to document the damage and can be helpful in resolving the matter.

Contact our customer support: Report the damage to our customer support immediately. You can contact us by phone, email or live chat. Please have your order number and description of the damage ready to speed up the process.

Error correction:

The table only moves up, down or not at all

Check the table control unit: The problem may be with the table control unit. Check the buttons or switches that control the table and make sure they are working properly. Try operating the table with different controls to see if the problem is with the control unit itself or with the buttons/switches. If you have checked all the above steps and the problem persists, please contact our customer service. You can receive further troubleshooting instructions or have defective parts sent in for repair/replacement.
