Overview
Are you looking for an exciting and varied job where you can make full use of your organizational skills and enthusiasm for sales? We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Sales Support (m/f/d) to support our dynamic sales team and ensure that our sales processes run smoothly. If you have a very good command of English, are well versed in MS Office and have experience in customer acquisition, then you’ve come to the right place!
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Sales support: You support our sales team in the preparation and follow-up of sales activities so that every sale is a success.
- Customer acquisition: You proactively approach potential customers and generate leads to further expand our business.
- Event planning: You will plan and organize meetings, sales presentations and trade fairs to present our products and services in the best possible way.
- Data analysis: You will support the creation of sales reports and analyses in order to continuously optimize our sales strategies.
- Cross-departmental communication: You will work closely with other departments and ensure a smooth flow of information.
Your profile
- Qualifications: You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification.
- Language skills: You have an excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Technical skills: You are confident in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience: You already have experience in customer acquisition and building customer relationships.
- Soft skills: You have excellent communication and organizational skills and work independently and in a structured manner.
- Motivation: You have a strong motivation for sales and communication activities and are enthusiastic about building and maintaining new customer relationships.
- Team player: A high level of service orientation and the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you.
